All our hops are growing great in Hopvalley. And more hop-plants are on the way as we are expanding the field. As I continue to grow hops the traditional way, a lot of work is waiting.:) Hopefully, the harvest in August will be great.
At the end of May, our Lager beer is ready from the last year’s harvest of hop. It is brewed with barley malt and a mix of different hops with great prospects. New experiments are planned for this season.
