Since, a few weeks now, the field in Hopvalley has been deserted, in waiting for next season. But at the moment, a new beer brew is underway here in the beer cottage, which is a tribute to the German beer tradition. As the ingredients are based on German wheat malt, Bavarian wheat beer yeast, and hops from German plants, including Perle.

However, the first brew of the season on fresh Perle hops here in HopValley got a very interesting fresh summer-like taste, which may really be needed now during the winter. It surely will be new brews on fresh hops next year.
