The pilsner from the autumn harvest of Saaz and some other hops is now bottled. It looks very promising. At the same time, our Saaz plants, which are the foundational hops for pilsner, are growing on the field. It has prospects to become a great harvest that we expect to start selling in September/October.
We also have great plans to expand the hops field, which means that a lot of work is waiting. ? Our hops field or it is really four fields, that is basically a bottom of a partly dried lake (I will write about the history of the lake later on) has been proven very good for hops. So now we are planning to open up the second field for hops. Stay tuned, more interesting news is on the way … there still are some Perle and Svalöf E -hops in our Swedish webstore on humledalen.se , if you are not living in Sweden please contact us via the form
