Smoked Northern Ale is a new beer that was bottled this Thursday. The name of the beer refers to the malt that is smoked with beech wood, and the hops that come from our field, but origins from the northern part of Sweden. As far as I know, the hop that is the most northern in its origin of all hops. The pre-taste of the ale gives very promising prospects. In a month I will give a full review.:)
