Now the work on the hop field is finished for the season and getting ready for the next with double as many plants as we started season 2022 with. Yesterday, I also bottled my first IPA after have been stored on an oak barrel. After tasting it meets all my expectations. It has a perfect balance between hops with high alfa acid, oak and the rye malt.
