A month ago I brewed this excellent ale that is based on oak smoked wheat malt and wienermalt, flavoured with mainly Hersbrücker Pure and some Svalöf E. While Hersbrücker Pure is giving, as the name of the hop imply, a pure hop taste. It is empowered even further with the aromatic hop of Svalöf E.
